Our photos, designs and content

All photographs, videos, designs, logos, text and other content on this website are owned by Enrique Arenas Photography or by our clients and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Logos and brands shown in our portfolio belong to their owners and appear to show our work for them.

You may not copy, download for reuse, edit, publish, sell or use our images or designs, including to train artificial-intelligence systems, without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

Clients receive the rights described in their booking terms for the images or designs we create for them.

Information and prices

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but services, packages and prices can change, and errors can happen. A price or booking is only final once we confirm it with you in writing (for example, by email or text). If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will tell you before doing any work and you can cancel without charge.

Bookings and payments

Each service has its own booking terms that cover scheduling, deposits, cancellations, refunds, delivery and image use. Those terms are part of your agreement with us when you book. If they differ from these Terms of Use, the booking terms apply. Payments made through Stripe are also subject to Stripe’s terms.

Information you send us

Please give accurate details when you contact us or book. By sending a form you allow us to contact you about your request by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Other websites

The website links to services run by others, such as Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses, and to the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the website. Our services themselves are covered by the booking terms for each service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrique Arenas Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida or federal law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and it applies from that date.
