This policy explains what information Enrique Arenas Photography (“we”, “us”) collects through www.enriquearenas.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We are a photography and design studio based in Fort Myers, Florida, serving South and Southwest Florida.
In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and to do the work you book, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use tracking or advertising tools on this website.
Information we collect
What you send us. When you fill out a booking or contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, phone number and/or email, business name, the service you’re interested in, property address or restaurant details, preferred dates and any notes.
When you contact us directly. If you call, text, use WhatsApp or email us, we receive your number or address and the content of your message.
Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting server receives your IP address and browser information when pages load. We use the IP address only to block spam and abuse (for example, limiting a form to a few requests per hour). We don’t use it to identify you.
When you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To answer your questions and send quotes.
To schedule, prepare for and deliver the photography or design work you book, and to send related messages (confirmations, reminders, delivery links, invoices).
To keep records of our work and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
To protect the website from spam and misuse.
We will only send marketing messages, texts or calls if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and client communications for as long as we need them to provide our services and keep business records, generally up to five years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Messages that never become a booking are deleted sooner when we no longer need them.
Photos and the people and places in them
The photos we take for clients may show properties, food, businesses or people. How those images can be used is set out in the booking terms for each service. If you appear in one of our photos on this website and would like it removed, contact us and we will review your request promptly.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below; we will answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some information to complete work in progress or for legal and accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and our forms are protected against spam. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as card numbers or government ID numbers through our forms.
Children
This website is meant for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other sites such as Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
